@BradE17 yeah the guitar playing is all blues. Its really heavy distorted blues though. Thats why they are blues metal. Nirvana isnt the only grunge band I know so is green river and mudhoney but alice in chains said themselves they are more like a bluesy metal band

@TheRealSonicYouth actually, I take that back...Jerry's guitar playing is bluesy at times, like in "down in a hole," so i get where you're coming from lol

@TheRealSonicYouth not grunge? just because they don't sound like Nirvana doesn't mean they're not grunge. They were the first grunge band to go Gold. and what's bluesy about them? I'm not tryin to hate...I love Alice in Chains and am a subscriber to the "Metal comes from Blues" theory...AiC being "blues metal" just confuses me. If you wanna put an accurate genre on them, I'd say it's Grunge/Heavy Metal

you guys are good.. just as a guitar player one of my main influences is cantrell and i think the guitarist may need to listen a little more closely and take his time and really put out some of that soul and vibrato like jerry does.. but other than that.. awesome cover dude.. keep up the good work

@AnubisAshrak idk really but unless you are completely out of wick and you are sure of this, there is probably more bundled up in the fuel reservoir. grab the top of the wick with pliers and pull it out and you should see nice new white wick emerging, then cut off the old black part at the proper length. if this isnt the case, take it to a smoke or tobacco shop, or a knive store maybe. any place that sells zippos.

Peter Green is a god of Blues and the guys in Priest are gods of Heavy Metal. You can't really compare them, but what Priest did for rock and metal music is unbeatable!
