I drink to high I’m getting fat, I stay in most days am 36 for gods sake mainly out of boredom I’d say is why I drink so much but with that comes more problems gout being one of them not sleeping so well. So I’m at a turning point yeah, it’s hard I just don’t want to care anymore
Hey man, lets look at this positively, you have realised that you must change the current way you are living. The next step is to start breaking things down into small steps so that you can become 1% better every day. Letting go of our ego's is one of the hardest things to do, start by just getting outside and connecting to yourself again, after that maybe a short walk, then start stacking on top if that. Sit down for 30 minutes and write a plan of the future you! Keep that vision in your head everyday and you WILL get there.
My kettlebell just arrived about to give this a shot 👍🏼
Late lunch, did this one today. Can't run 400m without getting a sore hip. So I did the mountain climbs that we did on Saturday after each set of six.😊🏋️♀️
Done this evening. Had to modify on some but enjoyed the workout 😊
Also if you start overweight you build muscle faster
