How about the exeption of Document holders under hold a travel document OR are not required to or exempt to get a Visa to enter Canada, but requires a visa to enter the USA. This will exempt him from the Third Safe Country Agreement , since he is Mexican, needs a visa to enter USA and Mexico is exempt from visa requirements to enter Canada. Please reply, Thanks.

@fullskillsecam, In 2021, is language requirement still the same? Do we still need to score 6 each in IELTS or has it changed to (Listening- band 8 and rest of modules with band 7). In clepip, this score is 9 each in all four modules. Please enlighten with the latest update.
