My dad lives in Spring Hill, and I always make it a point to kayak down weeki wachee. 🍻

Though apparently you can pet a manatee with one hand if it touches you first, posting this video is very risking because touching manatees which you did many times to multiple of them is illegal and can result in a fine. This fine is in place because the manatees are a protected species and touching them can disturb their natural behaviors and can also be seen as harassment.
