Law Dog - Solo Jungle Gym Run

Law Dog is a new member of Rule of Law Radio. All materials used in this video are used under the fair use act for media purposes. Law Dog learned to navigate this jungle gym all by himself after only four days with me as his new owner and only two days of training for about 15 minutes per trip, with two trips on each day. This is one smart pup, I kid you not.

Old Joe had a criminal record back in New York City, from stealing raisins from an NBC office, in the mid 90's. He then attended the American Samoa University where he studied law. Unfortunately he had his license suspended (thats a long story...he was actually a pretty sharp lawyer) and finally ended up owning a junkyard. After retirement he chilled out in a Sandpiper seniors residence.

4:25 Hank basically confessed to breaking & entering since he's saying "You want your warrant?" If things didn't go differently, i.e Hank beating up Jesse next episode and Hank getting targetted by the Salamander cousins, Jesse could've filled a lawsuit of breaking & entering against Hank.
I choose to think of Tim Whatley, Hal and Walt as the same person as I also choose to think of Tom Pepper, the homeless guy and Joe as the same person.

If the cop thinks he thinks there is a meth lab inside i dont have a problem with the cops bending the law to get those drug dealers behide bars and if they try and run ,even better.quick justice snowflakes.
Remember that thought when some cops decides entirely on his own, and despite having absolutely no evidence to back it up, that YOU are guilty of some heinous crime just because he thinks and says so and then acts as judge, jury, and executioner in your case. If you are not willing to protect EVERYONE'S rights exactly the same in all cases then you have nothing to complain about or defend yourself with when a cop, by his own volition, does the exact same thing to you that you are condoning to be done here. Either we ALL have the same rights worth protecting or NONE of us do, including you. Mull that over for awhile and maybe you will rethink that mindset.
The fact that Hank wasn't imprisoned after nearly beating Jesse Pinkman to death was also bad.

In reality, being a FEDERAL officer, Hank is not even a 'cop' here as he lacks any jurisdiction whatsoever to enforce state traffic codes or automobile theft laws. In short, given the facts and circumstances in play, he is an armed nobody and a criminal who is impersonating a state licensed law enforcement officer.

Is asking dumb and irrelevant questions that have absolutely nothing to do with the scene that IS in the video and its educational purpose protected by the Bill of Rights?
There is an addendum to this. Pinkman was a known drug dealer, and wanted for questioning at this time. In fact, the story establishes there was an active warrant for questioning. Now, had Hank not been called away (which is oddly cut from this clip), all he would need to do, is to call up a judge and note that he has found a vehicle which Pinkman, who is wanted for questioning, is residing in, and request a warrant to enter the property and detain Pinkman for questioning. Since he knows Pinkman is present, whom he wishes to question, and that the motorhome is likely mobile (as in it runs), then he can argue to the judge that if the warrant to enter is not processed, then Pinkman will move it and be harder to detain or arrest as part of an existing investigation. So, the whole "proper use of the 4th and 5th amendments" here doesn't really hold true, since the only thing which prevented Hank from getting the warrant to enter, wasn't Jesse's statements, but rather the fact that he was called away to another arrest.
The problem with your theory and statement is, warrants aren't issued for QUESTIONING. Warrants can issue ONLY upon probable cause, which means clear and convincing evidence to a magistrate that there is an actual crime, which Hank NEVER had. All Hank had was a SUSPICION that an RV was being used as a mobile drug lab and that Pinkman was involved. He never had more than that. Also, as the RV was NOT ever reported as 'stolen,' there was not an actual crime known to Hank that could even be legitimately investigated. Furthermore, and even if the RV HAD been reported stolen, unless they are transported across STATE lines for resale, stolen vehicles are a STATE level crime that is OUTSIDE of Hank's jurisdiction as a FEDERAL DEA agent. Therefore, Hank had no legitimate legal authority and jurisdiction to even get a warrant for the RV, so how could there have been an outstanding federal warrant for 'questioning'? WANTED for questioning does NOT equivocate into there being a WARRANT for questing as that status is based only upon REASONABLE SUSPICION and NOT articulable facts and evidence supporting PROBABLE CAUSE. Thus, if there actually WAS an active 'warrant' just for 'questioning' naming Pinkman, or anyone else, then what you have is an otherwise unbelievable episode because of the MASSIVE plot hole where such a warrant exists as that would bear no semblance to reality, which is what the show was all about trying to portray for the most part. Lastly, none of what you are talking about is actually relevant to the point of the video itself, as the video is NOT a dissection of other events in the show or even about the premise of the show itself or the plot of a particular episode. This particular scene was simply a good real life example of how American law enforcement officers and agencies will literally do anything they want in trying to solve or fabricate a crime to charge someone with and what laws and rights they are willing to violate in order to do so, as well as how a private person knowledgeable in the law can use it to protect their rights from such officers. But you knew that already, right?

We know Walter and Jessy did something, we know there are real criminals in there. But Hank does not. And he has decided he is above the rules and everything the founding fathers said. The USA are build on defending the people against the government, be it King Gorge or themselves. It is better to let a guilty person go than to harass an innocent one. That is what they are all about.

But Hank did find from the previous episode that the RV was stolen. Wasn't that enough to give him the rights to break into it?
1. It was NEVER reported stolen by the owner(s). 2. Stolen vehicles are STATE level crimes UNLESS there is evidence the stolen vehicle was MOVED OR SOLD across state lines for profit or gain, for which there is no evidence up to this point in the show. 3. Hank is a FEDERAL officer, which means ZERO jurisdiction over state-level crimes, so, even if the RV HAD been reported stolen it was a crime outside of Hank's jurisdiction. 4. Hank is DEA, NOT FBI, so stolen vehicles are outside of his enforcement jurisdiction even if the crime happened to be federal, which it isn't in this case. Not all "law enforcement" agencies have the same law enforcement powers and authority, and that is written right into the laws found in most jurisdictions. 5. Hank only SUSPECTED that there was a mobile meth-lab based in an RV, but he never had any actual evidence to support those suspicions, which is WHY he never obtained a warrant. 6. Because Hank had no reasonable articulable facts and evidence that THIS specific RV was a meth-lab, hence, he had no probable cause, which is why he had neither an arrest warrant for Jessie NOR a search warrant for the RV.
