As a martial artist and somebody who is naturally flexible and takes advantage of that, I find we tend to pull our backs or strain our muscles more. I was pulling down on the harness so hard to get one past rep that I injured my lat. it wasn’t so bad, but I went to do lat pull downs the next day. Once I got to that deep stretch, I just felt it go. Stupid shit can cause these problems, then ignoring it and continuing work really can cause catastrophic injury.
