Oh no Brian got me gushing about the show again. He mentioned the continuity being great and the way this show builds on and progresses characters is so amazing. The pacing is perfect for the more important characters to get more time to "cook" in the oven, but the side characters are so alive. You're actually invested and caring about the school like Liz, Flash, Randy and the rest. One time Harry bursts in on Hammerhead mentioning that Octavius could snitch on Norman. Then conveniently Goblin tries to kill Otto the next episode. Plus in this episode we start to see the fall of Jameson. I think this is the first time he's called Spider-Man a "menace" to the city. Before he thought Spider-Man was just a freak he could use to sell newspapers, but now he's starting to actually HATE him. Bad enough Spider-Man takes credit from "real heroes" like his son who saved NY from Green Goblin's bomb, but his son almost died and pulled out a miracle to save his entire crew, only for Spider-man to swing by and drown out the news. You can see how this hatred can grow big enough that he does the messed up stuff later like create Scorpion or the Spider-slayers. Which was tragically season 3 content.

Brian made a nice catch with the Goblin modifying the glider. He added the face and weapons. It's just a blink and you miss it background detail but it's always fun to pick them up. There's so much thought and care put into everything in this show. The stacked voice cast, killer animation, unique story. The best and worst thing about this show is how it pulls from every version of spider-man to make the best possible product. Worst because the unique decisions like actually making Shocker cool are confined to only this show.

to answer Brian's question about Spider-Man's first villains, they included Chameleon, Vulture, Doc Ock, Sandman, Lizard, Electro, Mysterio, Kraven, Scorpion, Spider Slayers

One strange thing for me is Elsie with this part of strange and fictional prehistoric animals, I mean, the theories, the creatures... yea, this Jörmungandr creature is a evolution of a mosasaur, the cryptocledius are part of plesiosauria. Are very enjoiable monsters, good visual, but is always weird to me this ideas of those giant prehistorical animals. I am not a guy of paleontology, biology, is just very werd.

Another thing I like about the series is this alternation between big and small monsters, sometime having groups of them. For me, is in some point functional and I liked those koala-walrus thing, I mean, somehow they remembers me rodents, big ones with some piece of cutenes. Probaly the mutant rats in New York was a bigger threat and more cool monsters.

It's stated that he is immune to Conventional weaponry all forms later in the series tanks and missiles won't work on him later on but I hate how the do him here I wish he comes back into the future I want to see a proper ending for my boy he will always be my favorite Godzilla

I do not watched all those kaiju films, but Rodan (1956) is one that watched and liked. Giant insects, sonic booms with the fly of that weird pterosaur and other stuff are the reasons that I liked that one. For me, this Quetzalcoatl is a good monster and remember a lot The Giant Claw (1957), maybe is a ispiration and some kind of homage, I realy do not know.

It is funny how so small wings can be able to support that so ridiculous big bees. Another thing is those thin roots gripping Godzilla, you know, they look so fragile to contain a giant lizard, look more like a climb plant. One of the points that I most like in the series, is the dificult that Godzilla has through the episodies. He is not overpower and some problems he has more or less dificult. I want to see he rise again and win.

Nothing like a bad life and personal issues to make someone creates his own monsters. It is a good and interesting episode, a little crazy of course.

"He only looks dangerous", this is the kind of stuff that some one say before a really bad animal attack.

Rats for me are a little cutie, but these one are just ugly and scary. I had guinea pigs.
