Hello Madda and Naomi I just had a chance to join this Confidence Boost. My situation was coaching young students Drama and wow did I go back in time to revive those senses...thank you for giving me time to reflect and to help me to understand just why this situation gave me so much confidence. Now for the self-esteem part...we all have those coping mechanisms in place...but do often doubt ourselves. I learnt through my life that a positive self image definitely is trainable... thanks again for the session I really enjoyed it
