    Hi I have a question for you. I’ve been working out for like five years but have never really learned to squat heavy because it hurts my back. Does having all that weight on the bar hurt your back or do you get used to it?

      You should check out squat university it’s a RUclips channel about an educated guy who helps people with this exact problem and he has many videos for different kinds of exercise pain people have. It’s person by person so asking her about how she feels isn’t gonna help your squat. You gotta figure out where muscle instability is or maybe a lack of range of motion and you need workouts to strengthen your lower back and abs. Good luck I hope you are able to squat pain free soon

      Yes it can hurt because your lower back needs to strengthen or possibly the bar is to high? But possibly because the weakness in lower back or a combo of multiple things.
