Wild for this level of a lack of diversity in Brooklyn. I watched another video of another restaurant in Brooklyn, Misi, and didn't see a single Black person. IN BROOKLYN! This is wild. We are really in wild times. The food and the camaraderie, though, I must say looks impressive.

I visited the four horseman back in 2018, when I was in NYC for a cousins wedding. I remember having a dessert which was lemon verbena frozen yogurt with roasted strawberries. It was so simple and so outrageously good. The strawberries were baked, but chewy, and jammy. Crazy good.

You say "gnocco fritto", not "gnocchi". Even in the plural form. Just like you wouldn't butcher french or asian cuisine's names, the same you should do with italian words. Especially if you wanna keep the credibility of a Michelin star restaurant.

Love that cooking in an unfamiliar kitchen wasn't hard enough, you gotta make a short film out of it too. Also love that you clearly care about the making of the videos too, they always look great, as do the food and staff! Can't wait to visit The Four Horsemen next time I'm back in New York.

Now I am back home in Germany and I miss your food but at least I can follow and watch how your restaurant develops and I am able to feel at least a little bit like I am sitting in the restaurant and see your team doing the magic. Stumbled upon your videos a while ago. Loved every single one! The Four Horsemen is on my list if I ever visit NYC. Now just enjoying from afar. I did like the first edition of this ‘series’ the most where it was just the kitchen sounds, no music. Provided another dimension to seeing what your life in the kitchen is like. @@nickcurtola im a fans since i saw four horsemen on munchies "chef's night out" which was 7 years ago! everytime i saw you upload, it makes me excited 😁. i just love your kitchen, the lay out, the efficiency and the organization. that high stacked pans, that square shiny stainless container for the mise en place put neatly over tray in the station with every ingredient within reach. its just satisfies me 😄 then moving to the food, it's just simply beautiful, like an art on the plate. and i bet it taste as great as it looks. (im pretty sure the star don't lie 😄) just want to tell you that i know alot of great chef out there but you are one of many chefs that give me the biggest inspiration to my cooking! sorry for the long comment chef haha
