Check your upload limitation.

If the plugin needs an update, you make sure it's well updated. Sometimes, the plugin is not updated at the moment so you may want to contact the creator of the plugin and tell him that the plugin is not working after the update. You also need to tell him what version of the wordpress you are using with that plugin when it crashed.

Did you check if the plugin you are using are activated or not?

@@sbmdeveloper7749 Can you please clarify exactly the situation? The video is about getting an error after updating while you are mentioning of not getting activated after the installation. If you installed a plugin and it's not getting activated, one reason is that it was not uploaded successfully. So make sure that when you install, your server settings allow you to install the plugin even if the plugin is quite huge. Sometimes, the plugin is just too big and the server is not allowing it. So you may need to ask your host to increase the upload capacity or you may need to work with htaccess to adjust the size. Concerning the video above, if it is not reactivated, check if you renamed the plugin back to its right name. Remember that you renamed the plugin folder to deactivate the plugins. And then, you will have to renamed it back to slowly reactivate the plugins. Then if you find the plugin, rename it specifically to deactivate it. Then update the plugin again. If it still getting error even after reactivation, it means that the plugin is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress OR is conflicting with other plugins. In that case, contact the plugin creator. (SORRY for the late reply. I'm very busy during weekends on some other stuffs. But I do hope this helps. :)

Then you need to contact your host and ask for access. Or at least you should have FTP. Unless you have that, you can't fix it since there's no other way to disable all the plugin in when you already have that error.
