You have to take the bumper off to change the air filter. If the mechanic didn’t align it perfect when he reattached it. You have a slight drop below the hood line. Loosen the bolts, lift up and tighten. Easy peasy.

This is actually a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT Special Edition
stuff like this honestly just pisses me off😂 it’s the same reason I don’t have one of those water and ice dispensers in my refrigerator. Just one more minor convenience that inevitably turns into a major headache in the future.

@griehl9329 Thanks. Something is up with it though. The top bumper cover bolts are wrong, and one is missing. The weatherstripping that covers them is missing. Also, the passenger side fender is not original as the inner portion under the hood is unpainted, and the front most screw is bare metal.
@skidjs well, when I sold it, it was sorted. Don't know about anything between then and now. Side note, the comp packages came with primered under hoods and inner fenders. That is stock.
@griehl9329 I can see it in your vid and cars and bids photos. The drivers side top inner side is painted as it is the bolt. Everything I pointed out is present in your media. Not ragging on you or the other dealer I was just trying to get more info.

it was obviously clicked the wrong way from the beginning but you still tugged at it hard a few times (tightening it more!) expecting it to loosen. I'm just saying, maybe leave the wrenching to the mechanics? @@griehl9329

CROP will just change the photo parts you can see. You need to "RESIZE" the image.
