0:07 there seems to be very little weight on that right front roller wheel. Could it be setting on 3 of them and leaving the 4th one up a little higher? Is there a way to adjust those wheels for level? thanks

I just got my mill a couple weeks ago, used it on one 20" log so far and we're already scheming fabrication changes. It's a great out of the box solution for 15" logs and 16" with a little effort. My dad and I wrestled and fought a 20" log the whole way. Luckily we've got fork lifts to maneuver the log. My old man is a DIY fabricator/builder and he's already got plans to tear mine apart and make it work for larger logs...or I might just get into an Woodmizer LT10. As far as the mechanics and general operation of it, it's been a good little setup. If I keep this sawmill I'll definitely be drilling 2 more holes in the track to add another set of L's to have those to roll the logs against instead of being forced to lift the log dogs when I need to roll a log.

I just assembled mine. I'm working on the track system now and Then I'll fine tune it. I tried to undo my blade like Wayne did in the video. I did it wrong. It tore me up pretty good. I'll be wearing heavy leather gloves and a long sleeve coat when I have to change the blade.

I watched the Hudson video on building the sawmill and it looks like a very well built machine. Heavy duty and thick metal. What do you think of it so far?
