Wow Ziah! You have been on my mind and i have been and will continue to pray for you. The nights maybe longgggg but joy comes in the morning. As someone who’s in the thick of financial stress and life being so burdensome, it’s hard to hear those corny lil saying but you gotta speak life into your life. Speak good things into your life and let your praise to God be ever so loud. Remember who are in Christ amidst the noise, the stress and the hardships. Remember who God is amidst it all. Don’t scale back, press forward. I remember someone telling me that God doesn’t allow his children to beg for food etc etc, and I was like… “well God be for real because I am desperate and very much in need”, and so far from the year began, living off a paycheck that is below living expenses, I’ve been fed, I’m clean, I got a warm bed and sleep good etc etc. and it’s crazy because despite that every new month I begin to stress again and God is trying to break me from that. He wants us to know that we truly do not lack because we have Him. He is our security. He is our portion. He is our provider and a great Shepherd! And it is imperativeeee that we remember that in times like this. You are a royal priest through Christ with a purpose far beyond your circumstances and a journey far beyond what you can imagine. Keep trusting Him Ziah and see what He can do for you. He is the biggest support we could ever have. Sending you much love girl during this time❤🫶🏽

Zia I literally started crying with you! Congratulations 🎉🎉! I’m so happpppyyy for you and I’m rooting for you girl! I’m with your grandma as it regards the Sabbath. I don’t think it’s wrong for people to celebrate the Sabbath, I actually think it’s a beautiful thing but it’s kinda redundant and at this point just for show. I’m not legalistic about it because of the New Covenant and Jesus. If you read Hebrews 4 it talks about how Joshua was spoken to God of another type of rest that His people will experience. A full and complete sabbath rest, this would be because of Jesus. So all who enter God’s rest, has rested also from their labor. So we’re instructed and urged to enter God’s rest.

You can try getting him a kids Bible with pictures so he’s more interested.
