tank/disruptor main here. try this build again, i enjoy the intention, but change a few things... 1. fimbul does not work on range, just go seraphs 2. glacial augment or unsealed spellbook is much, much better than conquerer will ever be on a disruptor. you dont get close enough to use aftershock and grasp is ineffective on ranged users. 3. imperial mandate is bank with this build. %current, respectable AP and haste, all for a cheap pricetag. 4. possible defensive items could be frozen heart, locket, iceborn? anything that gives haste and defensive stats, really. 5. can totally envision this with item cdr, like shurelyas, cryptbloom, horizon focus. i can see malignance and morellonomicon becoming core items in this build as well, since applying debuffs and cc is really the goal, right? [laughs in season 8 abyssal mask]
