The NoCO Continuum of Care General Membership is a network of individuals and agencies who have a stake in ending homelessness in Larimer and Weld counties. This is a training for those involved in the sheltered part of the 2025 Northern Colorado Continuum of Care Point-in-Time Count.

A training for those who are participating in the surveying of people who were unsheltered on the night of January 28 as part of the 2025 Northern Colorado Continuum of Care Point-in-Time Count. The surveying is happening on January 29.

A training for those that work with youth for including them in the 2025 NoCO CoC Point-in-Time Count.

This bi-monthly meeting includes a presentation by the CAHPS Steering Committee on a Governing Board decision to prioritize veterans for housing placement in order to quicken the ending of veteran homelessness, a presentation by Domestic Violence providers on how best to assist those being impacted, and member agency updates.

This bi-monthly meeting includes a presentation by Volunteers of America and the Veterans Administration on resources for veterans, a report-out on the 2024 Point-in-Time Count, and member agency updates.

Highlights include information of changes to Housing Policy in Colorado affecting people at risk/experiencing homelessness and a presentation on the Stone Soup Collective, a supportive services initiative targeted to reduce homelessness in people exiting incarceration from the Larimer County Jail.

Highlights include information of 2023 CoC Program NOFO, Presentation from Hunger Free Colorado on changes to SNAP Program, and Presentation from Housing Catalyst and Fort Collins Police Services on effective supportive housing/police partnerships.
