I use a small silicone mold to make 1cm wax beads with the leftover wax in the spoon.

I like that you are journaling in a normal notebook - I always feel pressured to buy those branded journals but I can't afford them and I feel like I'm missing out. Very pretty spread and swap 😊 😍🥰

Absolutely love your page and that you love to embos! What I do to prefend spilling too much is folding an a4 piece of paper in half, open it up and put it under the piece that I want to emboss. Then when I am done with all the powder I put everything on the paper with the fold. The fold creates some sort of a funnel. That way you can get it easier in the container. I don't have any tips for the stamp sides because I don't use stamps like that. Mainly because of that reason LOL and because I can't see where I am stamping. Also, congratulations on your new job!! I am so happy for you!!

Dump your embossing powder on a clean sheet of paper then fold it in half and it will go back in container without making too much of a mess and wasting your powder. For the versa mark, just wipe off the edges where you got ink that you dont want. Also,, pressing ink pad into stamp as opposed to stamp into ink pad helps to prevent overinking. Hope those tips help.. i just found you because of #take5art, but I loved your page!!!

It was so fun to see you so excited about the new tools. I usually wipe the edges of the stamp with a baby wipe or a damp cloth to remove the extra ink that helps to not have the edge... this being said I do that when I actually remember to do it hahaha
