It's also for people who want to live more sustainably, value their health, want to avoid traffic, and don't like worrying about parking. "If you want to use transit" makes a lot more sense to say.

Hi! I just found out about your channel and I'm loving your videos! A little different than what we see out there. As a newcomer, I'm really considering Edmonton as my new home, but I wanted to know: is the air in Edmonton as dry as in Calgary? I have some breathing issues and the "dryness" people report from living in Calgary really scares me. Also, do you think climate change will impact Edmonton's urban forest that much to the point the city become "barren"? A BIG factor that makes me consider YEG over YYC is the vast green areas and mature trees scattered throughout the city and it would be devastating to see it all die in the upcoming years :/
