I think all these points can be challenged in court It is unreasonable to have same conditions for 100 years Also it has nothing to do with the land as building as put up by society and society legally can give flats over which Collector has no rights only courts can give relief as govt can only collect and no one will take such bold steps

The appeal office bearers have been making to the CM and Deputy CM for a 5% for converting to free hold is very sad. Unfortunately after years of fight its not been resolved is just because those genuine residents staying with diaplated buildings are to be blamed.
