Assalamu alaikum, brother! f you’re looking to start reading Arabic, I recommend a book called Al-Qaida Nooraniah. It's great for beginners, and with the right teachers or step-by-step videos, you should be able to read the Quran by Ramadan, insha'Allah, as long as you have enough discipline and determination. I used this method myself, along with many of my peers, and we all successfully learned to read the Quran.
