Re: eight's palette, it's actually easier to keep the hacks and use less chips, especially because you can skip floors pretty easily to be picky about what chips you get. Also, Attack damage up can really make up for lack of chips.

Man Was *not* expect that old Tumblr Reference first thing. And I ended up sleep deprived today too. I don't like Shorts either, for similar hyper awareness of what it's like to wear them to Do Things - but with the bonus of my joints being weirdly hyper sensitive to the slightest chill. Feels like having an ice pack on them for hours if there's a breeze or A/C going.

When you said "take a Sippy" right as you started playing, I suddenly got reminded that one of the former splatoon comp player I know calls the tacticooler special "Sippy" I definitely feel you about Splatfest. There's a weird vibe when you play them sometimes, like it's not as careful about who it pairs you against, or maybe rather because there's a lot of really good players who ONLY do splatfests, their ranks are a lie.

So the Jelletons: Marina has a line that can come up in the elevators about how they were supposed to be a lot cuter and serve as tower staff, but order corrupted them And for the Baby/kid's toys: I think I left a comment about them before, but I have no idea if that was in this chunk of playing or before it, about them being memories from the memcakes/octolings and octarians who got sanitized

Re: Game and Roller usage, The rolling speed is soooo slow unless you get moving ink speed, not to mention doesn't hit hard at all. I'd recommend using the V-swing to lay down lines of ink and swimming in them over trying to roll everywhere - though considering you recorded 2 weeks worth in one got this is probably wasted advice. I will simply hope you get the ink saver/recovery/coverage and mobility chips you seem to need. I would actually argue that a very underrated use for cheddar is paired with sweetened berries or apples (it tends to cut through the extra sugar and balance things out with a bit of sharpness) Feta and goat cheeses do something similar but instead of being sharp, they're salty. I tend to dislike Gorgonzola and blue cheeses because I find the cultivated mold streaks a bit too bitter for me personally but I can see why some people would like it. My favorite for sandwiches depends on if it's hot or cold - I love Muenster on a hot sandwich, it's just as melty as a mozzarella but has a bit stronger flavor and is often smoked. and although swiss is alright, I find that if you don't use the block fast enough it develops a sort of musty foot taste. (fucking fantastic when it's fresh though) I tend to like cheddar because I grew up in the midst of Cabot Creamery's stronghold.

Honestly, I only heard the mic moving because you told me to listen for it. I never really had the ears to notice it - Plus, I tend to have my volume set really low because I have sensitive ears. Also, the Smollusk Theme song lives rent free in my head whenever there's nothing else going on. HUGE mood about thinking you said something and just not saying it at all. I had to go to speech therapy as a kid for that exact problem. Re: Kraken on the Roller, be careful around stage edges!

Re: Splat Idols, I really like Big Man (though Frye has more depth and competence than she seems to have and I really like bollywood music) and like Marina the best of Off the Hook. I haven't really had much interactions with the squid sisters because I got into Splat so late I sort of want to say Callie just because she lost that splatfest between her and Callie. Also, BIG mood on the sleep, I've been out of it like crazy today for similar reasons

Man, I'd suggest getting the floor reset hack, but it makes the danger level frequency increase so much faster if you over use it. Man, I watch too much side order, and haven't actively played enough side order OR splatoon. I have yet to beat this guy the first time I get to him with a weapon. Also, Man, the weapons in side order really start off painfully nerfed

BTW, the Danger levels increasing takes a *while* it's a single option inconsistently for three levels, then becomes a guaranteed option for 2-3 then intermittently 2 options. Also, Congrats on the Gloomhaven Campaign! That sound like loads of fun as a TTRPG enthusiast
