For retellings I think I have read or looked into were Peter Pan or other fairy tales like Red Riding Hood. The Nutcracker retellings I watched a movie with my daughter called The Nutcracker and the Four Realms when it came out.

RUclips really does take up alot of time, though I find out of YT and Instagram I struggle with Instagram the most 😅 Ive been at the same count over on Insta for years 😂 Im in awe of you reading over 250 books by the end of the year 😮 that is an incredible amount In 2024 I want to try focus on rereading and finishing series
It's so time consuming. I haven't really grown on insta either, but I really don't post that much. Thank you! I'm shocked I've read that much too. Those are great goals to have. Good luck!
My goals for 2024 is to continue series and read books I have been wanting to read. I have 24 books I would like to read in 2024. So far I have plans to finish ACOTAR's series with reading A Court of Wings and Ruin in January. Read more of my physical tbr then borrowing from the library unless it is a book I really want to read or from my 24 books list to read in 2024. My 5 star reads were the first two books from ACOTAR, Eva Evergreen Semi-Magical Witch, The Infernal Devices, The Inheritance Games, The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, Fourth Wing & Iron Flame, The Natural Series, Tress of Emerald Sea, My Neighbor Totoro, and Kiki's Delivery Service
I think a lot of people's goal for next year is to get their physical TBR read lol. I know that's something I'd like to do, but I'm not going to stop buying books. I have The Inheritance Games, The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, Iron Flame, & Kiki's Delivery Service. I'll have to move them to the top of my reading list. ^_^

All the books I would like to read in December are Half a Soul, The Rise of Kyoshi, Truly Devious, Renegades, Clockwork Princess, Keeper of the Lost Cities, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (re-read), The Titan’s Curse (re-read), and Twilight (re-read). I am halfway through Clockwork Princess and Keeper of the Lost Cities already.
I really want to read Half a Soul. Hopefully, I can get to it next year. Please let me know what you think about it. ^_^
