Initial feedback is very good. We had used MI robo for 3 years before that. So we can tell, we found moping is really very is good, since it doesn't have any wet tank in the robo itself that it goes back to station for get wet, but it cleans the mop as well in 1 min during that time. So mopping quality gets better. And you can customise the sqr feet area, after which it goes back to station. So it is on us. And they have roller and 1 brush to pick up dust. We did not find any issue with vacuuming as the amount of dust it is picking is almost double what our mi robo used to do. We are much satisfied with the price we paid as we want the rotating mop which comes only in self dry mop robo. And those are generally very expensive. I tried customer care too, and they picked up at once. I just tried to check if they respond. You can go also for Narwal as it is in discount or other dreame models.
