    Is it possible to view a transition screen and fill the details missed by the requester and can be edited in customer portal? If yes, Please suggest the steps.

      Hi Syave. Our Edit is not based on workflow transition, however, you issue status can be changed automatically ofter customer make an edit on the portal. Please follow configuration steps in the app's documentation: docs.appsvio.com/feature-bundle/features/edit-request
