    Is this Templating integration free or does it offer a free trial for 30 days and then it is a suscription? Couldnt find the pricing in Jira/ on their website

    Is it possible for me to create a single user story with multiple child issues from different projects? Additionally, does your app support all fields in Jira? The reason for this question because I have tested multiple apps and am having difficulty linking child issues to the parent automatically in Jira. Most of the apps I have tried do not support all fields in Jira, which is not ideal for our company.

      Hi! If you want to create subtasks for user stories, it has to be in the same project as parent (Story). This is how Jira works. To create child issues in different projects, you have to create Epic and Story as child issues. For parent template (which is applied on the Create issue screen), we support almost all fields.     Is it possible to view a transition screen and fill the details missed by the requester and can be edited in customer portal? If yes, Please suggest the steps.

      Hi Syave. Our Edit is not based on workflow transition, however, you issue status can be changed automatically ofter customer make an edit on the portal. Please follow configuration steps in the app's documentation: docs.appsvio.com/feature-bundle/features/edit-request
