Fionnuala Maxwell, in my eyes at least, is a very smart, intelligent lady whose great love for her sense of home is most highly commendable.

Makes all these rent a gobs that are about now seem even more appalling with their jibber jabber about culture wars and reparations. What became of stoicism and cheerfulness in adversity. And transcendence. Truly a great writer. And accurate!

This prayer is universal. We walk our local roads and trails just like this poet. We are one with the vast universe in our lovely woods and hills. From Massachusetts USA. Another old well trodden place.
