StarLab CNC Re-Square the Gantry
If you should happen to knock the gantry out of square you can easily re-square the gantry by removing the end caps, loosening the gantry bolts and using the auto home switches to re-square the gantry. This is also a great time to go through and clean the rail and make sure everything is nice and tight.

Got tired of waiting for the DJI Mavic Pro, so I picked up a lightly used DJI Phantom 4 with tons of accessories to get us in the air. Can't wait to take it into the field during off roading trail rides.

Nice. How mm thick steelplate are you using
which product was used for cleaning?
Will this work on a ZJ?
I’m in the UK we’re did you get the steel parts or did you cut them out your self ?
Everything is designed and made from scratch. They cut it out themselves. They're a business
Good job
Thank you for your hard work👍👍 just ordered some xj rear bumper supports, and lower quarter panel plates. Can't wait to see them
Notice @3:09 the length of the long bolts on the side of the battery mysteriously shortened with no explanation. They just cut the vid and edited it. Not cool guys. You should have mentioned you will likely have to cut the bolts. I don’t have the ability to cut them so it was a pain in the ass (96 Cherokee), but after lowering them on the bottom as much as I could, I got it to work. Still had a lot of slack on top and I had to use spacers on the front bolt and a lot of extra washers for space on the back bolt. It works but will be a pain when time to replace the battery. Overall I think this will work out and the kit seems to be of good quality, but those bolts are too long.
superserial the threaded rods in the video were 12” and were indeed cut down, the rods included with the kit are 9” long and should not require cutting for hood clearance. Was the kit you ordered recent? As we made the change to 9” in the past few years.
@DirtBound Offroad I didn’t measure them before installation. That said, I managed to cut them down with a hacksaw a few min ago and they are now much more manageable. I can put the nuts on & remove with a socket. My issue wasn’t hood clearance, but rather not wanting to have a bunch of unnecessary extra slack to wrench when removing the battery hold down. I did recently buy the kit direct from y’all. Jeep OEM rods were about 7 3/4”. I’m pretty sure yours were more than 9” out of the box, but perhaps I’m wrong. Regardless, now that I cut them down about an inch they are near perfect (with about an inch below the tray). As I said before, seems to be a great addition, but I’d warn users they may have to cut the rods. I also might have missed it, but there was no paperwork at all with the kit. It would have been nice to have even a simple one sheet of instructions, and maybe suggesting to put the kit together with the battery in it on a bench prior to install so the user can get the measurements right. Thanks for your reply.
Hi Please let me send you a design for me in front of me Nissan Titan.
Hi Please let me send you a design for me in front of me Nissan Titan.
Looks bad ass. I wasn’t a fan of the stubby front bumper until this one.
sir what is the name of the program that you're modeling before to put on CNC?
That is pronest by Hypertherm
Sir what size this metal plate 5mm?
Great job sir. Can i ask sir what cutter do you used in that metal plate?
its not cutter, its a DIY bumper, Hammer head is the company that makes the kits.
been tuned in for that driver side bolt in battery box since Feb 20, 2016
Ben P. Just bought the setup from them to do this. I’m sure I can muddle my way through it.
You make that look way too easy lol

Wow..very nice Keren banget
This will work perfectly, thanks again DirtBound Offroad folks!!!
Great video and love your products but you should throw a little narration in there.
Thanks. Normally I try to put some audio on it, this was just a last minute edit I did last night and left the microphone at the shop... I hope to have more how to videos released soon.

Do guys know of anyone who installed this on the opposite side in place of the factory air box?
