cutting that spark plug will and there by making you spark plug larger give the spark a larger gap to jump that is decresing the efficiency of the plug its likely though that decrease in power will only be noticeable on a small engine dyno please kid stop listening to who ever is giving you information theyre giving you bad information also that increased plug gap could cause a hard start no start issue as the ignotion components age and go through hundreds of heating and cooling cycles
i don't know man, i haven't had a problem with it. i think it depends where you cut the plug at, some people cut stupid and thats mostly likely why they say it doesn't work
@Nxcho9 ill admit that some people probably do cut to much but cutting it at all is increasing the distance the spark has to travel its better to keep a plug with the factory gap setting and proper heat range in the engine it should be noted that these honda clone engines come with a really crappy sparg plug factory installed there sometimes labled torch or no name at all ive had them fail on me for no apparent reason and there is a vide here on youtube of the plug failing in less than 30 minutes after a mini bike was unboxed and on its first ride and theres plenty of videos of people telling you to change the plug immediately they aint kidding your plug looks like an autolite plug i have those in all my predator engines as well as the other chinese honda clone engines that i have all total i have had 6 of them some the plugs lasted as much as 30 hours some lasted as little 2 hours the one in my generator (homemade alternator generator) actually went bad while the generator wasnt being used when i went to crank it up it would backfire through the muffller and or carb when i figured out that the plug was the issue i changed it and the generator started immediately and ran normally and hasnt had an issue since
Holy hell dude you replaced a non sealed bearing with a sealed baron you never do that on a 4 stroke engine the engine oil is what lubricates the bearing the sealed bearing is sealed so it cant be splash lubricated by the engine oil you can be certain that bearing will fail
if you can't tell i did take the seal off before installing it 19:13
@@Nxcho9 i didnt notice but its a goo thing you did but dont those engines have an oil seal that goes around the cranks shaft and presses into the side plate
ive been a small engine mechanic for about 24 years 2 years in shop and about 20 years of maintaining and repairing the engines for my lawn service for friends and family too during that time ive seen quite a few broken off bolts in crankshafts ican tell you you ddnt need to remove that crankshaft at all you could have used a pair of needle nose pliers and turned that bolt out in a mower cranks the bolt doesnt bottom out against the the end of the threaded hole so when they break off the piece remaining inside the cranshaft is in there loosely and just back out easily and generally the threads arent damaged at all i applaud you for trying to do your own repairs but consulting with an experienced and competent small engine mechanic would haved saved you the price of a crankshaft and who knows how much time Edit the reason that bolt broke off in the first place is it was most likely over torqued those bolts dont have to be torqued very tight to prevent a pulley from walking off the crankshaft look up maximum torque specs for that diameter bolt if bolt is of chinese origin only torque to half the max torque specs for that diameter bolt not trying tras the honda cline engines but im saying the chinese always lie about the grade of the bolts

Same thing happened to my buddy on his bike. If you know somebody that can tap it they can pull out the rest of the bolt won’t have to replace the crankshaft
it'll probably cost the same amount. tapping it and inserting threads might cost even more

My Dad throws me on my first chopper ride was as 10 years old this massive knuckle dragger tells me to hold on . I have no place to hold onto this guy and at the same time this is the first test of my IQ. This seat has no back on it but it has a chrome U on it. I locked both of my thumbs under that chrome U and was able to hang on. I had an instant asthma attack but it was fun.

Pilot 0-25% Needle 25-75% Main is 75-100% Air screw abt 1.5 - 2 out If bike idles good pilot is good blip the throttle for needle test the full throttle testing for main jet
We all have to start somewhere... Please take this criticism as positive. The time spent to wire in the switch, and run the wires into the interior could have been better spent installing a coolant temp sensor/relay and letting the engine temp control the fans. Kits are affordable and makes the install cleaner. Keep it up!!
i did install a relay and the temp sensor. the switch i just think it's cool. doesn't take much work either just hook it up to the relay ground and ground the switch.

You definitely going to need a lot of support that's a lot of stress on those two bolts when you tension up that belt, plus I noticed that you don't have a tensioner or any way to adjust the tension of the belt from that alternator.
it's built into the actual mounting point lol trust me it pretty steady i was tugging on it and didn't budge

You're going to need a pipe or a spacer to go between that alternator and that block it's going to deflect going to throw the belt off then be down this road

Could have bought some aluminum tube from the hardware store and made it look good at least. Also, use a straight edge across the front of the pulleys and that will help verify alognment. There should be 4 points touching the straight edge, 2 on each pulley. If one is not touching, you know which direction you have to move it. Improvise for sure, but don't half ass.
How do you mention the belt ?
i'm assuming you meant "measure" so just get a piece of string or rope and wrap it around the pullys the way it's supposed to be if you don't know how it's supposed to be wrapped simply search it up and once you wrap it around cut the string to where it finally ends then measure that and either order you belt size or go to your auto parts store.👍🏼
You could just as easily use a long bolt and put bunt in the middle before u put it all the way thru and u could tighten it
