Hello, we are Szilvi and Csibi!
Many of our friends and family members (in Hungary) were curious about how we live in the US and our experiences; with their encouragement, we started the blog.
We started using our photos for our blog posts, and since 2020 we've also been making videos. We hope you also enjoy them as much as we do.

Yavapai Point - South Rim - Grand Canyon, AZ (2024)
This year, we visited the Grand Canyon for the first time, stopping at the stunning Yavapai Point (and Mather Point) on the South Rim. Words fail to capture the enormity and the countless years of natural history that shaped this breathtaking canyon.
The beauty is truly breathtaking. We were fortunate with weather, with just enough clouds to add depth to our photos and vibrant colors painting the landscape in the late afternoon light. We could have gazed at the canyon for hours; leaving was a challenge.

jacksonville is ruled by corrupt police and legal system, and most jobs pay federal minimum wage and there's drug addicts and homeless and racist people everywhere.

GREAT JOB hiding all crackheads - DO NOT TRAVEL to JAX - I have 30 minutes driving video from downtown JAX and everyone there is drug edict - I had different expectations from RED state
Hello @irakliulumbelashvili3074, We visited Jacksonville, FL, in March 2021. We parked near the city hall and explored some parts of the city on foot. We went from the city hall through James Weldon Johnson Park and over the John T. Alsop Jr. Bridge. We strolled on the Southbank Riverwalk and took photos at the Friendship Fountain, finally reaching the Treaty Oak. We used the subway to go back to the city hall. Some homeless people were in James Weldon Johnson Park, but which big city doesn't have homeless people? I also couldn't tell if they were "crackheads." Just because they are homeless doesn't necessarily mean they use drugs. Other than that, we haven't seen any homeless people or crackheads that you are referring to. I'm uncertain why this makes you upset. Cs
@comewithusblog Video is misleading but it's not only you all major bloggers are missing this part and to be honest you can not walk around downtown on weekend because it's just drug edicts all over the city and again I have uncut video. Moved to Jax from NYC and NO. We dont have the same situation. I moved to Red State, expecting fewer issues with the crime and welfare fan club, but I was mistaken

My old town. I lived a stone's throw away from Redlands Bowl I got caught up in the drug crowd there and messed my life up for a lot of years. Now after losing my wife my career and my health. I am sober and sit at a computer most days. thinking about the regrets I have. Living in Redlands was good until I f'd up. There is a seedy side to every town. Don't fool yourself.

This tree is the closest thing to GOD there is on the earth. It can tell you more than any living thing on earth. It should be treated better by the city. Litter and garbage scattered around and looked unkept. this is the best thing jax has and they dont see it that way so much......

You also need to visit the museum if you live in Michigan, lol! I live 15 miles away and finally paid a visit in 2019. Totally awesome experience, way too much to absorb in just one visit!

I haven't been to the Village since I was a teenager, need to go back there too, but indeed the Henry Ford Museum is fantastic, glad you were able to stop by while you were here. Where abouts in NC do you live? I especially like the west part of the state, the Blue Ridge Mts!

This island is great to visit. Back in the 1980's you had the choice of taking a hydrofoil over to the island. I found it to be too fast. On a sunny day I just wanted more time to take it all in.
I've been over the Mighty Mac many times (I grew up in Michigan). It is a pretty drive. If in the area and you have the time, visit Mackinac Island, just to the east of the bridge. No cars are allowed so it's like stepping back in time a bit.
The bridge and the drive is pretty, indeed. We had only a little time for Mackinac Island (ruclips.net/video/kXWuxe4lyQc/видео.html), but we had a glimpse of that unique place. We would love to return there but want to spend some more time. It is a real time traveling!
As a Santa Barbara native, I liked seeing you experience the things I've grown up with. Makes it all seem new again for me, too. I hope you enjoyed your visit to my hometown!

I have never been to that part of the country, I have to say it is breathtaking!
Michigan is the 9th state that we visited together. Each of those states has to offer something unique for that particular state. I have the feeling that Michigan is underrated. My colleagues asked, "why Michigan"? Michigan is more than Detroit. We loved the time we spent there and would love to go back again, as there is much more to discover. And we agree with you: it is breathtaking!

I'm a long time resident of Fernandina Beach. And I guarantee you we here on the island are sick of you people coming here. If it's between the months of October and February and your license plate does not read Nassau county Florida please go back where you came from. We are fine having tourists but not all year long, give us a break.

Nice park to visit. Too bad that hurricane destroyed the Pier and they removed it completely instead of rebuilding it. Thanks for showing around. I'm in Jacksonville and been there many times but planning to go back again. 👍
