Another ultra-luxury brand has made its mark in Miami, but this one has changed the skyline. Aston Martin Residences Miami is the newest kid on the block, at 300 Biscayne Boulevard. It would be the first residential and architectural project for the brand, best known for its luxury vehicles, which date back to 1913. Also a first, it stands as the tallest all-residential building south of New York. Construction started back in 2019 for the 66-story building. The address houses 391 ultra-luxury condominiums where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. According to the company, 99% of condominiums have already been sold and one in eight homeowners own an Aston Martin. (Local 10 News - May 6, 2024)

There is nothing currently on the market yet. All units from the developer sold out. Closings going to start in the end of April and hopefully we will see some resale listings by then.

@@patg3424You obviously don't know what you're talking about. Glass buildings are hotter in the summer and colder in the winter than stone buildings: they're horribly insulted. Glass buildings aren't just bad for the environment, they're just plain ugly.

This is my favourite tower in Sunny Isles Beach. Low number of apartments(one per floor), excellent floor plans, amenities are not (most likely) crowded, not any towers nearby now and in the future etc. PH triplex has very good floor plans and is likely the most private PH from South Beach to Sunny Isles Beach. I have only one doubt. Maybe you could help and give your opinion. I am thinking is there a sufficient depth in the terraces? Can I have some sun beds there, coffee tables for 2 to 4 persons? I appreciate your other comments too.
Regalia is my favorite building in the whole Miami. The balconies at the Regalia in Sunny Isles are generously sized, adding a significant amount of living space to each residence. Typically, these balconies range from about 1,500 to over 2,000 square feet, depending on the specific layout and location within the building. This spacious design allows for full outdoor furniture setups, including dining areas and comfortable lounging spaces, effectively creating an outdoor room where residents can entertain guests or relax privately with panoramic views of the ocean and skyline. The ample size of these balconies is a key feature that enhances the luxurious feel of the Regalia, making each apartment not just a residence but a grand oasis.
Great design and location in this building in Brickell. Penthouses are great but I think there is too much apartments making amenities, which are great, a bit crowded. How about the pool area with more than 300 apartments? How cohesive the residents are?
It’s a great question. Total number of units is 391. Pool area is not big enough for the all residents in the building in my opinion.
Fair question. But I wonder how often the building will be at full occupency. Lots of second and third homeowners for sure.

Barranquilla, as a Caribbean city, SALSA is also at home. I grew up there, and in the 70's all we heard was salsa. Vallenato comes from Valledupar, another city.
