Nice video! We stayed at the Heritance Tea Factory in 2020. Unfortunately, we had a poor experience from the start. We were double charged for our rooms in what I suspect was a scam. Managing staff was quite indifferent to our concerns. The lobby, while beautiful, is where the luxury is. The rooms we received were extremely well-worn, and the bathtub was installed on a raised dias so that one needed a step ladder to step in. Quite unsafe!
