Lawyer Tina i just want to tell you that our court system is not working well in Ghana especially when it comes to LA. after we received LA from court last 6 years. up to now my late father's property had not be share among the children and the wives. only the first wife and the her children are benefiting from his properties. the 2nd wife and the children if you see them they way they are very sad and poor. recently i save some money and hired lawyer to assist us so that the court share the properties. the properties involve include a hotel, 50 aches of oil palm farm at obuasi, a whole story building with 12 stores and 43 rooms at the centre of kumasi. we went to court and the judge advised that my lawyer and their lawyer should go back and share the properties. but defendents (my siblings) were adamant. they didn't want us to sit and share the properties and still they are benefiting from them. right now i am confused. any advice to tadia7542@gmail.com or 0244177155 thanks
