This channel was set up by singer, Cathy Jordan, and artist, Peter Crann, to create a music video archive for traditional Irish songs using special recordings and original scrolling illustrations to articulate a visual narrative to the music. We use a vintage storytelling device known as "Crankie Box" to display imagery.

Probably one of best known Irish Ballads in the Sean Nós Traditional Singing Style..First made popular by the late Seán Nós Singer Seosamh Ó hÉanaí from Connemara, County Galway back in the 50's...Lovely recording..
