I don’t know your plans for the future, but a double-triple and a hazmat endorsement would make a lot of sense. Whether or not you use them now, they would be handy to have because they would increase your options in terms of types of work that you are qualified for. And they would increase the level of potential financial compensation. But no matter what you do, you’re on your way and I’m really happy for you. 👍🙏

@ I got my school bus & passenger endorsement too. Once I get experience driving the bus I have options to branch out. Also wanted to say that it helps the listener (me) when u interject ur experience. Gives me a “white space” to absorb otherwise dry material when I read along.

There wasn’t much room for me to incorporate my own experience without veering away significantly from what I was reading, but I certainly appreciate the feedback. Periodic, short breaks provide a gap to absorb otherwise dry material. Noted. I’m not sure that I’ll be doing anything similar in the future. I read the book to give people an option similar to the way you used it, either listening to it in their car or using it as a read along because I know the material is dry. I did it only intending to provide a service, but I don’t want to run afoul of anyone, in the process of trying to help people that are studying that book with the intention of preparing for the test, like I did. I’ll bear that in mind moving forward and make adjustments, accordingly. But, I’m glad my assessment was, apparently, spot-on. I’m also an audio learner, and do better listening than reading, in terms of retention. It doesn’t help much that the book is free if people start reading it and wind up putting it down because it can be difficult to get through. It took me a lot of hours to read the entire book, chapter by chapter, and to prepare the videos for RUclips. I’m glad to know it’s actually being used, and yielding positive results. I just want to give full credit to the State of California for their work on preparing the book. It’s all their material, not mine. I just saw the gap in its usefulness and tried to fill that gap, only intending to assist others, like me (and you), to be better able to make it all the way through the book, because what ultimately counts is learning it, and not giving up. All my best in your endeavors.

I know, huh? 😂 But it’s true. It’s where we are headed. I’m just trying to draw attention to it. I want to make people aware of what is coming down the pike and how they’re beginning to use it (AI, technology and cameras), and how they are pushing to expand it. As I was reading articles on Google about this, it blew me out of the water. I looked on RUclips, but there doesn’t seem to be a whole lot about this on RUclips surprisingly. Anyways, I thought I should put out some kind of a broadcast because AI is being used more and more and is becoming more prevalent in every day life. And the self driving trucks that they are coming out with that have no drivers, aside from delivering goods, because they are being driven by AI and making decisions based on data from their cameras, everything that is recorded can potentially be used. These trucks are going to be like rolling video cameras that record everybody and everything. This shit is getting creepy. I wasn’t even too terribly aware of this myself before I started digging into it and researching it. But the more material I read, the more I realized, holy shit, this is right around the corner. Like in 2025 to 2030. Anyways I just want to do my job as not only a content creator, but for utilizing my channel responsibly by trying to make videos that are not only useful and educational, but also videos that inform and maybe even sound an alarm to wake people up to what is genuinely coming. Not like driving trucks in the oilfield; and we were there together. ❤️ It’s going to be a very different world in the next 10 years Laurie. God help us all.

I appreciate your feedback, but ! think you're missing the point of my video. I'm a truck driver, almost 60, and I was simply trying to help others who might be having the same issue I was with this microphone. It's frustrating that a product with so many views (over 4500!) clearly has widespread problems, and yet the company continues to sell it. Instead of criticizing my attempt to find a solution, maybe your energy would be better spent holding the company accountable. If you think you can make a better video that actually solves the problem, go for it! I'm not a tech expert, and I'm always willing to learn. In the meantime, I'll keep sharing my experiences and trying to be helpful, even if my videos aren't 'bling-bling'. Thanks for your time, and I look forward to seeing your solution to this issue.
