@YokieShaynee not sure if this has anything to do with it but apparently (according to urban dictionary lol ^^) its the coolest time of day as u only get a time like that, when the numbers go in complete succession, twice a day- at 12:34 and 23:45. it's the time ure menta make a wish or summat... but yer...this prob has nothing to do with the song :-/
