I liked the doorways being dark and shiny like that. And, the deeper grays of the powder room and fireplace wall were fantastic. But, over all, even with the crown molding, it lacked personality. Maybe it needs large art pieces on the blank walls. Maybe black walls in that front room. (Was it the office?)

$10 million for this is absolutely crazy. Toronto real estate market is painfully overinflated.
The bedrooms have broadloom carpet instead of hardwood floors which lowers the luxury label of the house.
The outside of the house says Traditional and the inside says super modern, they change everything taking away the real details and charm, sad.

It’s a decent-sized backyard for the area and there’s a deck. I mostly film these house tours when there’s an open house. There was another family in the backyard when I filmed this one. If there was a pool or something spectacular about the backyard, I would have waited for the family to leave 😀 (so your assumption is mostly correct)
A second laundry means it's an income property ?
It could be but I don’t think this particular property is ideal for an income property because there isn’t much separation between upstairs and the basement. This second laundry is probably more suited for an in-law suite or a nanny suite.
