This place is nice. However, I would not call it luxurious. It's too small for the price.

It’s right on the street and the back yard isn’t that big. The rooms don’t look that large either so it feels like the sq footage is exaggerated.

The price is ludicrous, the design is ridiculous and everything is grey, brown, dull, boring. Who would want to live here??

I agree it's a nice a house, but at $7 Million? I'd prefer to buy a PALACE in a safer city somewhere else in the world where freedom means something at below $2M, and use the rest for investment and live like a king. We Canadians have been kept so poor.
