Não entendo a politica da Jeep em vender/entregar seus carros. Eles anunciam, vendem, mas não entregam. Em 2021 eu comprei um Compass 1.3 em agosto e só me entregaram em novembro. Esse ano está acontecendo a mesma coisa, Comprei um Renegade Willys em agosto, o vendedor me falou que entregaria com 30 dias, mas me fez assinar um documento que entregaria com 60 dias. Mais uma vez a Jeep pisando na bola. Até hoje nada… O vendedor sempre me liga oferecendo o preto ou o branco que tem em estoque. Fica a pergunta: Porque não fabricam os que estão vendidos??? Porque não fabrica o meu que é na cor verde recon??? Vou esperar até quando??? Ridículo isso. ÚLTIMA VEZ QUE COMPRO CARRO DA JEEP SEM TER EM ESTOQUE. Cansei. 😤😤😤

A Jeep tem que parar com essa frescura de fazer seus clientes de trouxa. Você compra o carro, entra na fila de 60 dias para entregar e eles fabricam de todas as cores, menos a que você escolheu. Estou na fila de um Renegade Willys verde recon a quase 2 meses. Toda semana o vendedor entra em contato perguntando se não quer o PRETO ou o BRANCO, que tá sobrando… Porque não fazem de quem já comprou??? Prefere fazer outras cores. Ridículo essa política deles. 2ª vez que passo por isso. 😤😤😤

Não entendo onde a Jeep quer chegar aí deixar seus clientes aguardando a montagem do Willys que foi comprado e fica fabricando de outras cores. Comprei a mais de 1 mês o verde, já chegou na concessionária o BRANCO, o PRETO e o CINZA STING, mas o meu, nem sinal do carro… Não entendo essa política da Jeep. O carro já não tem banco do motorista com ajuste elétrico, não tem saída de ar para o banco traseiro, o teto ainda está na cor clara e a Jeep com essas frescuras de fazer a gente esperar quase 60 dias pra entregar um carro que nos pátios estão lotados. Ridículo isso da Jeep. Se demorar mais 2 semanas, CANCELO a compra e pego um HRv ou Corolla Cross.
