Bruh, after the opening of the bone and soft tissue,.how do u close the opening? Do u use medical glue to stick the broken bone😂
Fourteen days past my surgery. My understanding is that in my case, tissue from my septum was was "grafted" into the area of the opening to close it and prevent cerebral fluid from leaking into my sinuses and mouth using a synthetic "glue". I'm not a healthcare professional. Just stating what I was advised by my neurosurgeon.
Sir, which scissors is best for sylvian fissure dissection?
👏 nice presentation
Dr I Lost my Vision on Left Eye in 2009. 13 Years later I Developed a Pituary Tumour. I'm on Dostinex. Tumour is Shrinking I Really Thought Tumour caused Vision Loss
Hi! I heard about Cabergoline/Dostinex. They said, it is effective for pituitary adenomas. How is your tumor doing right now? Is it completely gone? Thank you.
After cut its again reattach
Why that artery is cut ?
Excellent surgery!!thanks for the sharing
Can u stop putting titles in English then only speaking in Hindi I just think that is so disrespectful to get more views! Put some subtitles in English at the bottom at least! Thank u
He’s 3 yrs old and speaks like he’s 21. Very intelligent child. So glad his mother and father went with their guts and fought for their son. Too many times I’ve sen parent Shiet to work the doctors diagnoses even when they themselves had doubts. We parents need to be our children’s advocates and protect them to the best of our abilities.
Thank you Dr. Gary S and Stanford University. Aside from the innovations and technical experience you share, pure joy to see actual footage of you improving the lives of others from 6 months old and up. ❤️
Please record video we need to watch it again
My 14 years old daughter also has a tumour .I am very worried about her .I'm from Pakistan
God bless this family as always and happy belated birthday Cash 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉🎉
My daughter has this can she operated
While DIPG is a fatal tumor regardless I am still impressed by your willingness and ability to operate as most doctors consider it inoperable by default. It's clear that these patients are getting highly above average care and that is really important!
What are the most common complications after surgery?
How inspiring. I’m a single mother and I just found out that my 5 month old daughter has moyamoya. I don’t know where to start. This was very inspiring.
i want to ask if you have the surgery for acromegaly after you gein weight?
I have to get this done and I’m really scared. especially with the possibility of cerebrospinal fluid leakage 😮
hii how did everything go? my friend is currently getting this procedure done and I'm soo nervous, hope you´re recovering well 🙏
Does the bone and everything grow back?
Is there a video on how all of that is sealed up / reconstructed after removal? Surely important structures wouldn't be left exposed, right? What if someone goes swimming in lake water or gets a sinus infection.. how would you stop harmful bacteria from invading the area??
Yes, they do seal it back up. You have to do nasal rinses for a couple of weeks afterwards, but there’s nothing to worry about as far as it being left open. It’s called “posterior nasoseptal flap placement and closure.”
Very informal video. I’m currently experiencing this. I’m a guitarist in a band it’s causing me mad trouble!
Happy Birthday cash🎉🎉🎉🎉
My baby 3 years old.. Now attack moya moya syndrome.. 😢😢😢 plz help me😢😢😢😢😢😢
Truly inspiring Dr.Abhinav and more so it shows the potential of EEA for a trainee neurosurgeon
I doubt if the chinese American surgeon actually speaks mandarin but his efforts should be praised ❤

Thank you for this video I had a benign schwannoma next to my spinal cord removed 10 years ago & I have always had questions about how it was removed. It was growing in a spiral. I was in tremendous pain from my back down to my mid thigh. It took 6 months from when pain started until it was removed. My pain was immediately gone. So thankful these surgeries exist.
