Hi
🇹🇷
🥰🥰🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
I have seen others perform this roll tack method. I still don’t understand why it’s done. Could you explain? Paul
It is done as it gives a kind of "gust" of wind into the sail, basically it gives speed, and as you usually lose speed without doing this you earn a lot from learning it.
@@hackanome9954 Thank you. That explains it well. I have started using it and found the push.
Amazing……thank you…..

Hello I am from Pakistan Optimus rack how to setting Optimus rack age wise and wind
Is "Jaws down" something you see fairly often in the fleet? I came here from another channel that had the jaws facing down. You have the jaws facing up, which is what I've always been taught, and agreed with (even in the lightest airs I've never had a spinnaker guy want to "drop free").
On the 420 the jaws face up because the eyestrap on the pole for the topping lift orients them up. On all keelboats ive been on its jaws down unless its a gybing pole (doesn't detach from mast for gybe).
Jaws down always otherwise the guy pulls up out of the pole
Tıromola baya iyi
That’s just a roll tack and you are supposed to roll every tack in any wind
what kinda advice is that, if you were to roll every tack you would capsize
also a roll tack is also called light tack or a light wind tack
I also always roll, my roll tacks rlly good so i win a lot of races
