Hello, just fyi if you want to stop disabling the sound randomly, go into your keybindings. I think its defaultly binded to CTRL+S :) And btw having brann as healer in delves is much better.

You also have two small spells on top of your action bars, if you noticed them. Devotion Aura and Concentration Aura. Click on Devotion Aura it's a permanent 3% dmg reduction for you and anyone in your party within 40 yards

You have a normal heal, called flash of light, Put it onto your bars.

The trick with the exits is to read the signs above them. The wrong ones have "EIXT" above (wrong spelling) them and the real one says "EXIT" (took me a few tries trying to distinguish if anything might give away a hint and noticed that.)
