Hes' not singing live, He is lip synching. His voice is from his recording from many years ago. Barely moving his lips, no facial expressions. He is a legend but it's sad to see this man in this way. We all get old but at some point it's best to end your career on top. He is way beyond that point and to see this is kind of sad. At least to me. I think some other people feel the same.
