Hi Priti, The education here is more research based and you will have to read a lot of papers and books, mostly self paced and the exams are not as we have, it is more of writing a paper. The experience is good but your first semester will go in just understanding what’s going on before the winter depression hits you. Later, once you are done with studies it is pretty hard at the moment to get a sponsorship job here as the government has implemented very strict rules to limit the number of immigrants, the university will give you admission as they earn twice the money from international students compared to the home ones, but after that they don’t help you to get a job, and the help they provide in the name of career services, it is something you can find very easily by a simple google search. So, if you decide to come here try to talk to a lot of people on linkedin from different universities who have studied your course and give you picture of what’s going on in HR related field, but really think 200 times before putting in £18,000 just for fees, if you already have experience I would suggest you to directly look for jobs rather than spending money in this country. Yes, i was staying at sinnet court which is university accommodation. Back in 2021 the rent was £150 per week. Right now the average prices for private rooms are 550-650 per month + bills

Yes there are Brookes buses which are free for the students living in uni accommodation

It’s 2 weeks but generally students start doing their dissertation, so they generally go for longer time as you don’t need to attend classes after summer break

Hi Hariom, the staff is good. You got my feedback about my course, but I would suggest talking to someone from the same course. Also, it’s a really big and important decision of your life, so I would say you should do your research, know about the finances and the changes you will face in your life and how would it impact you and your close ones and decide if you should proceed further or not :) Hope it helps

In my opinion the university is the best but when my family has search the university on the Google the review of the university was not good regarding the teaching and staff for that reason I am trying to ask the person who are already studying in the university iam confused about that nothing else more than that the fees of the university is is also affordable and the Oxford town is also not that much expensive so my plan is too move forward only but I only got confused from the university review that slove thank you for your response
