Ok it worked for me. I had to add quotes since my folder name has a colon. However, I don't think I got the folder path right. I can't view the properties in New Outlook. Any tips to verify I have it right? I verified it is a parent folder.

Hello, I intsalled ExchangeOnlineManagement module and imorted. I tried to connect to Exchange online with app only authentication using Azure AD credentials. But after authentication i wanted to create distrbution lists but it showing "New-DistributionGroup" command not avilable or accessble. I even checked commands present in module using Get-Commands but it shows other functions and cmdlets but not those to creat and add members emails to lists.

What if you want to list down all the shared mailboxes you have so i can then find out who got access to what, how can i do this?

I'm not sure if this is the best chat to post this on - i got list of 100 users who have been offboarded but i need to remove all their shared mailbox accesses to whatever they were given access to. Great tutorial. Just tested it out. This also works with an unlicensed global admin account (no M365 license or Entra P1). Of course one should not do it because it's licensing fraud.
