Sure, but the clamps where overkill, just use a pen line or anything cheap, straight, and long like a tape measurer since that's what 98% of the people watching this would use when faced with "I just want to cut 1 small piece of plywood, but everybody uses expensive circular saws.." heh.

That Belfast sink is waaaaay too small? We have a similar kitchen and a similar sized sink and it just doesn't work, even as a prep sink. :)

How do the ergonomics of the Hilti stack up against the Makita? Makita has been the only brand that I've picked up and didn't immediately want to put down again due to grip sections that feel too bulky for my hands, but I've found some nice deals on second hand Hiltis than I'm considering.

Hi, I'm building a pantry wall with large doors (roughly 1.5 feet x 7 feet). The doors will be painted. So because of the size of the door and the fact that they will be painted, I want to use MDF. But the door pull I want to build, can't really be made from MDF. It would have to be from solid wood. Is this a bad idea? Or what precautions can I take to make sure it's not a bad idea? I assume there might be some paint splitting issues where the real wood meets the MDF? But other than that, are there any other considerations when making a door constructed in a mix of MDF and solid wood?

I had to cut drawer ends to exactly the same size. I made a simple saw jig by clamping several pieces of wood together for a back stop. I used your trick of clamping a guide for the saw on both sides of my intended cuts as you did and was able to make great cuts. Thanks for the idea.
