Great progress Mr. Kool!
@@VinoRatRodbuilds Thanks! the car has been done for some time now just got to edit the rest of the footage.
@@KoolFredsGarage Kool ! I'm waiting on a Ford 9-in. I have a 56 Chevy rear end in my car. Doing a lot of body work right now. It just takes time. It's all good. I keep saying this summer I will be driving the car. Well not this summer. 🫣
Hello, fred. I am a supplier of brake accessories, I have my own factory, if you have any products you need can contact me, and can you customize the products
Can you tell me your experience with the dash corner speakers, i saw some bad reviews on infinity about they distorted around mid level volume.
@@edwingrodriguez3214 I did not use the tweeters or the crossovers I. This kit. For the corner das speakers I used the Infiniti Reference 3032CFX. They are super clear and are. Day/ night difference from The stock ones. Concert style highs.
@@KoolFredsGarage thank you , that's what I needed to know
@@edwingrodriguez3214 no distortion very clear that’s for the 3032cfx & my truck has the upgraded Alpine sound sys from factory. The standard sys may sound different.
@@KoolFredsGarage you were right ,they sound amazing with the alpine system, thanks
@@edwingrodriguez3214 No Problem!
Ready for part 2 🔥
Todd over at TCE Performance has some very nice Willwood brake kits for your car a 16” 15” , and a 14” 6 piston front kit , I have his 15” kit.
Yeah I know about those. I wanted a parking brake kit for the rear. I may consider if I decide to upgrade the front. Thanks!
did you use an amplifier or was the stereo sufficient?
@@TheHalusis I just used the factory system. It is sufficient. The truck already has the upgraded Alpine system.
@@KoolFredsGarage thx, i did some research as well. been a min since i messed around with sound systems
🔥
Tuned in keep the projects coming very informative 🏎️
Nice job fred! 👍
Thanks!
Looks great Fred! Lot of fun putting upgrades on your car that's for sure.
@@VinoRatRodbuilds Thanks! A bit of modifying but everything worked out perfect.
Yeah we don't have a tractor supply. But I have found Ace hardware is really good with their bolt selection. 👍
@@VinoRatRodbuilds I’ve used bolts from Ace too, Quality stuff Just don’t get to go often Because they’re further away.
More videos pls ❤️🔥❤️🔥
OTW! They’re coming soon!
Very informative ❤

There is 1 on my channel from last year. I’ll get some more soon.
I got the some fan and it so loud
I noticed that to from time to time it’s usually on a hot day.
I am debating whether to switch to the mopar one or not.
Yeah have the same problem
Great video thanks Bra!
Thx!
Looks like a good upgrade.
So far they are a good upgrade. The car is done now. I’ll have more footage in upcoming vidoes.
❤ amazing video very informative. We are tuned into the series. This is amazing. Keep it coming.
Thanks!
Good Vid/Tutorial! Doing mine now. Quoted price was around $800 from shop. Doing mine for $320 inculding belt, thermostat, pump, and flush
Thanks! It’s always good to save some money and do it yourself.
Looking to replace my clutch fan with a set of dual electric fans. How does the set you have work? I have the same exact radiator. Do you mind linking me to those and the shroud. Thanks in advance and great video!
Thanks! The fans are from monster cooling on eBay a duel 12” w/shroud. We added them to a newly replaced stock style radiator. They cool well. If you are using a/c I’d recommend spal fans.
The fan controller is from the autocool guy.
@@KoolFredsGarage Ok, thanks! Right now with the clutch fan, the a/c gets down to 40° and the temp hangs at around 195°-200°. So the spal fans cool better? I definitely want to go more modern and get rid of the old faithful, hoping I could gain just a bit more HP. I’ll check those out.
@@PrimeG2 That’s not bad numbers with the stock set up though.
❤❤
What was your total job time on this?
Around 4hrs to complete.
This so cool
Thanks!
Thanks!
Yep it can get expensive run a pull set.

Thanks! I’ve always been a fan of summit. I like the going to your store here in GA. It’s like a candy store every time I come in there.
Better sound?
They do sound a lot better.
Way better than stock alpine?
These are more clearer and do sound better if u want to enhance the sound.
How is this fix holding up?
It’s a year latter still good.
The you use the A/C terminal? how did you wire it?
This particular car was not running a/c. For info on this controller and instructions u can ck out www.autocoolguy.com
Hey Kool Fred! Thanks for making and sharing your video of how to install a VIOFO PRO A229 2 Channel Dash Camera! I just purchased one and I am expecting tomorrow :-) I've been doing a LOT of research on which one to get and I found a great deal on eBay for the A229 I picked up. I got it for $137!!! Anyways, I am looking into getting a hardwire kit to install so I can take advantage of the Park Mode for security and after hour recording. I found this video on what someone else did: ruclips.net/video/9BcSQ9Fbf7o/видео.htmlsi=3VXYFZzT7Rf1XczP I also might use the option of getting the VIOFO HK4 Hardwire kit and splicing it to a IROAD OBD2 Cable so I can just plug it into the OBD port underneath the steering wheel. As you know, you cannot go through the firewall to tap into the fuse box :-( Here is a good video on the OBD connector option: ruclips.net/video/mRaR2my1aBc/видео.htmlsi=4rGkZJdKLy6-RXNd Hope you were able to get your hardwire option working the way you wanted to!
Thanks for the info and thanks for sharing these videos with me. Honestly I have not had time to install the park kit be cause i have not researched a safe place to get the fused ignition power from. This is an Awesome dash cam have had it for a year now.ive been using the cigarette power outlet. Ill ck out those video's. i've already caught 2 accidents of of other vehicles its definitely good insurance to have.
@KoolFredsGarage - awesome! Can't wait to get mine installed. I'm thinking about getting the Internal IR Camera for mine too..
How much would your shop charge for this work ?
I Service BMW vehicles. however this is my personal pickup truck and i took the door panel off to see if I could do something to fix this myself. and I was able to come up with a quick solution. I'm not actually sure the fix at the ram dealership or if they will just try to sell u a door panel i would say 1hr to 1.5hrs of labor is fair.
Hott
Do ur truck has the limited slip rear?
