@ I grew up in Yuma! Proud to be a Criminal although most people look at me funny when I say that 😋 Several cities on the outskirts of Phoenix are currently in buyer markets and many of them are in balance. Just depends where exactly you’re looking at.

@ what a small little world! I am familiar with the Bluffs. I had friends who lived in that neighborhood in high school. And I still lived in Yuma when you were on the news. I bet you we had you on the TV often… seems like that’s all we watched back then. Before the Netflix days 😅

Our neighbor a septic tank repairman has come across two septic tanks that died from chemotherapy and damaged the drain fields. Thank you for making this video, you are pleasing to look at and listen to😊

@ ah yes, I’m not sure the rule was in place at that time but by the time we went the following year in 2024 it was in place as well as the rule requiring a media pass to film at all.

@@Gohomekid99 my clients CHOOSE to hire me and choose to pay me for my services. There are plenty of agents who take the money and run and never show their appreciation. I like to give gifts at closing and around the holidays and host client appreciation events for them too. I could be doing none of that but I think it’s important to show my gratitude.

@BrandyAguirreAZ most if not the majority of actual locals don't care how one pronounces it, I personally am fine with transplants and visitors pronouncing it Scott, atleast there's a distinction of who is from here and who isnt

@ it’s the locals that taught me how to pronounce it as Skitt when I was a kid. My grandpa lived there and I would visit over the summers.
