20 years ago I went for my car L’s and done about 5 questions for my bike L’s at the same time then left transport straight to the Honda shop in Brisbane and they had an re course about to start so I signed up. We done a few emergency stops in the car park then rode to the pub for a beer and that was it. That morning I had nothing and that afternoon I had car L’s and bike p’s then i didn’t have a bike for a few years and my p’s went to re opens, I went for my p’s in a car and the guy said you already have your open’s on a bike so I get opens in a car. Pretty much I got everything handed to me but you need to do a bunch of stuff these days. I have had racing bikes for the past 20 years on my re opens and only now at 40 my wife just booked me in for my R license 🤦‍♂️ I have a muscle cruiser and thought I have gotten away with it for 20 years I better go get my R license so I go next Wednesday 😂

With launch control how does it keep the front wheel down 😂 Are you in tc 1 or 2? Or are you not full throttle? I ride a 98 Softail Springer; like Lulu Robot said it’s just that I can’t hear conversations that stops me from having them. I usually indicate it by cupping my hand to the side of my helmet, shrugging, then pointing to my engine. A quick thumbs up afterwards usually gets the “Hey mate, nice to meet ya” out of the way. I ride a Harley because I like riding a recliner down the road, honestly. With 193 cm of height to work with it’s just more comfortable.
