late reply, but my only complaint about being in the pit at this show was that there was just so many people crowdsurfing on some songs. for like half of the set i was having to constantly look over my shoulder to check if someone was on their way which made it impossible to pay attention to/enjoy the music when that was going on. some people were also just way too heavy to be crowdsurfing lol. and every time someone surfed, 10 people would push and shove up through the crowd. i started at like row 6 of people and finished at the 10th row (at least). perhaps this is a normal thing at concerts like this, i wouldn't really know, but it really detracted from the experience for me. thankfully nobody surfed on save me and i think only one person surfed on cosmic (at least in terms of what went directly over me) this wasn't an issue at the camden show last year, perhaps because i was in the back row of the pit, but the pit is also so much smaller there that there's just not really any point to surfing. regardless, next time i am getting seats at a venue like this. i can handle standing for 6 hours fine because i do it every day at work, but my lower back does not appreciate having to push up multiple 200lbs+ people while standing for that long
