How Do You Do
Добавлен 5 окт 2021
"How do you do" is meant to mean - how do you do (it) or as a greeting for topics that are of a more general nature. This channels mission is to provide assistance, support and knowledge, in a two way exchange of ideas through your comments. The concept is to provide documentation of various DIY projects in the hope that it can assist others. Same with product reviews. In addition central to my life is caregiving for my very elderly mother. I will touch on aspects of that journey as well, hoping to build community on that difficult road. I will also relate my honest experiences with the carnivore diet/lifestyle in an effort to spread the word and hopefully help in your lifestyle choices.

Tool Bucket, Duluth Crate or Box? Tool box solutions.
TTI really seems to like dumping bad batteries on its cheaper brands. Hart, Ryobi, etc. Ryobi is especially known for problems with their batteries.
I loved the comparison. I am stalking with my bucket. I have 3. Maybe you need more.
I bought this mower in March. Worked extremely well but this month (September) one of the batteries went bad and the TIC Assembly failed. Service Tech was very helpful sent me a new battery and TIC Assembly at no charge because it's under warranty. I installed the new battery and TIC Assembly and am back up running again. I was a bit worried like you at first but after my experience with excellent customer service I feel more confident now. This mower is such a huge improvement over my old Snapper gasoline riding mower which constantly required maintenance and repairs. There are not many moving parts on the Hart mower and replacing electronic components is a breeze. Hart sent me a detailed parts list that included detailed illustrations of where each part is located.
I'm having the problem. Where is this part located
ask Hart to send you a parts list. See my comment above.
I’m in the same boat and was searching for alternatives to my tool bucket…hence how I arrived on your page. But your video gives me a new appreciation for what the tool bucket can hold vs other options. I too will continue to the love hate relationship with my tool bucket.
Wish you had shown the actual assembly you needed to do
Thanks for this. It was very helpful. I’m putting an exterior door into the window opening of an old 1950s house vinyl siding over old Cedars siding and I have zero options for a mistake. it hadn’t occurred to me that modern flashing tape wouldn’t possibly stick to the old tar paper. Now all I have to do is find this stuff
Hi Brendan, did you ever find that 3M Flashing tape? I am curious to know what you have found. I just wrapped my garage in tar paper. It will have 4 windows. I want to seal them up with a flashing or window tape that works.
@@lonnieclemens8028 I found that Ziptape works on anything. It’s thin but tough as nails. I even covered a 3/4” gap and just filled the void with foam. Highly recommended!
@@brendanpotash6262 Thank you Brendan. I will keep it in mind.
Thanks for showing us. I hope those bags last a good long while for you, I wonder because the nylon bad look like it is sewn to the plastic top. I hope everything works well and lasts for a very long time for you.
How do you manage to take the side discharge chute off? I don't see a good way to remove the clip that's holding the pin without braking it.
that made me not wantt this mower anymore since my hart push mower 40V went out aswell and the battery says 1 bar even tho its fully charged at 100%
can it handle slopes about 30degrees?
Where did you find the crate master recently in this color? I have the same one and I absolutely love it and use it everyday for hand tools that I use on the job. I’ve had mine for years and it’s still in great shape. However, I want to buy a back up, while I can still possibly find one in this color, because I don’t like the new color/design as much. Let me know where you picked this up. Thanks!
TTI owns Milwaukee tool company which is 3X bigger then Ryobi!
Thanks for the demonstration.
Lower the deck and slow down. We do not want to see a race car here.
I drive faster than that when I mow ;)
We always used the bucket for plumbing mostly because it holds pipe wrenches, large channel locks, a torch.
I wish you would have got someone to operate the camera. Being right up against the mower makes it damn hard to see what is going on. Better luck next time, because this video was useless.
Do you have well water?? I’m pretty sure These LGs actually have anti microbial seals so I’m pretty sure that is not mold or mildew as such. It’s also a very brown color, not black or very dark brown like mold. We had well water in our old house which had very high iron, and this is what our washer looked like.
It is treated city water.
That’s really odd. Because that’s definitely not mold or mildew. It would be way different looking
Really good video and job well done! LG DOES not have antimicrobial gaskets or drain hoses. The GE models do however… I’ve been watching videos and I’m thinking I’ll be going back to top load. This is way too much complexity for a door and far too much work for periodic maintenance.
Newer LG does have antimicrobial gaskets, they just have better features to advertise rather than a gasket that can’t get mold which should be a standard on all washers. GE on the other hand uses their fake “antimicrobial seal” as a major selling point to make more money even though there is NOTHING antimicrobial about them. When mold starts to grow on their said antimicrobial gasket they will claim that it’s just staining. It’s hilarious
I'm sure glad I switched to battery tools especially when having to climb a lot of stairs the weight of the transformer alone destroyed my knees.
Go for a trolley with 4 swivel wheels when doing maintenence around hospitals you can end up walking miles with a heavy tool bag or bucket.
I've been using a bucket and sleeve for more than 15 years. I've looked at all of the sleeves available and the best one in my opinion is the husky. The thing about bucket sleeves and tool bags in general is I do not like a lot of pockets and I want the pockets uniform so my tools are lined up. I hate sleeves with all kinds of pockets. I also dislike sleeves with a drill holster and the reason for that is the drill throws off the balance of the bucket when carrying it. My drill goes inside my bucket. The thing I like about the husky is it has pockets that are large enough and low enough that my tools never ride above the rim. To improve your bucket, I recommend 3 things. (1) use a stubby bucket which is about 20% shorter than the typical bucket. They sell them at hd and the reason for that is it is easier to reach down into your bucket as well as see what's down there. (2) Remove that plastic handle and install some thick but small fuel line onto the metal handle. It will make it much easier to carry.. (3) keep all your small stuff in a small case or in one pocket on the sleeve.
Good advice thx!
Look into a veto bag
Very nice selection of tools you have! Thank you for sharing, I never really knew about bucket style holders, but definitely something to consider in the future!
