U used cheesecake ingredients so it's lemon cheesecake right & base need butter can I add butter
Hi this is lemon cheesecake right?
It does seem like it, yes. For a cheesecake I always use cream cheese or quark and in this recipe mascarpone is used. So it is a bit different. For this dessert I do not have butter with the cookies. If you really want to make a large cheesecake you should use butter for the base.

Ik heb dus altijd dat de tortilla chips vochtig wordt en niet knapperig meer is. Vast door de vocht van het gehakt. Was dat bij jou ook zo?
