I bought my earthmover lawn mower today. You are right you need that extra strength to attach the bottom bar . It has taken me at least 20 minutes to attach it. Now i will attach the handle. It is a wonder I didn't decapitate my hands. This weekend I shall give this a try on my mum's yard.

And the instructions had us put the handle together first, then attach the bar. Makes it harder to " use the elbow grease". I'm 60 with bad shoulders so I guess I'm screwed.

They're decent. Not great. Just decent. I've got about 8 in the last 5 years. None has burned out in me yet. They've changed their designs frequently as they try different features and designs. I just bought the 12k Da Vinci. They've replaced the tail switch to a forward portion, unloke their previous Da Vinci models, and with a raised switch button so you can feel the switch by feel, an improvement over their 6,000 Redline model. The charger is now under the rubber gasket on the opposite side of the switch instead of under the screw down tail. Their zoom feature stinks. Doesn't zoom much at all. The 2,000 SlydeKing zooms very well. The 3,000, 5,000, 6,000, and now the 12,000 lumen lights dont zoom worth a shit. Seems loke their QC needs to improve to ensure every light sold works and works right. Too many defects sent to the stores.

Do you know if the wrap around handle can be removed? I'm looking for a scale but I am a bit limited on space where I want to put this so it would be great if I could take off the handle. I noticed some screws connecting the handle to the body which would be easy to remove, but when you flipped it over it looks like it might be riveted to to body as well (not as easy to remove).
